Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days if items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Once received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days (shipping charges non-refundable), and confirmation is sent to tachozSHoe@gmail.com. Exchanges are available for size issues, defects, or wrong items, subject to availability. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days with photos for a replacement or refund. Used items, sale items, and items without original packaging are non-returnable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
